Is this ich? ?

I noticed it about 3 days ago on some fish. I am treating my tank with heat and salt. In the pic attached it looks like the white spots are on his tail fin. I am using one tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons I have a 29 gallon.

It's possible...I see only 1 spot. Are you also increasing the temperature of the tank slowly to 84 degrees?

How long does it take to leave the fish im noticing a lot more of the fish have it now. I am on day 5 of 86 degrees, and salt treatment

I have never had ich " knock on wood" but my buddy has an instead of the salt and heat he went to petsmart and got ich treatment. It cleared in 7 days
