ISO advise about my mystery snail

I found that my mystery snail escaped from the aquarium and cracked it's shell from the fall. I'm not sure if it is still alive...or if it is....will it live? Will the shell mend? What should I do?

If the snail is dead it will stink. Try picking it up, if it retreats in the shell it's alive. If it's already in the shell smell the foot, if it stinks then it's dead.
With clean water the shell should mend. You can try feeding it something with extra calcium.

Do you add extra calcium to the water? If his organs aren't exposed hopefully he'll be fine with the calcium.
