Issue with Neon Tetra

everytime i feed my neon tetras, one of them gets really fat and it struggles to move lower in the tank.

seems like it gets filled with air and is forced to float.

what could this be and how do i fix it?

Sounds like it is a little pig. No solution, maybe feed a little less at one time. Wait 2 or so minutes then feed a little again. It might be trying to eat too fast?

i tried giving him a pea, i read somewhere that it would help,

You can only give unshelled peas, and I think they have to be uncooked? I'm not sure about that one though.
