You could use some black tape and kind of tape them on the corner.

Get one of those flexible tubey things and put all the wires in it, so it's not much showing.

Ya, once I upgrade to a 29 though, that 10 gallon is getting a serious decoration upgrade. That's the cool thing about salt. You don't have to shop for decorations... Just LR.
