Jumbo Neon Tetras with Common Goldfish

Live aquaria.com has jumbo neon tetras that they say will live in 68-75 degree water. Could I mix those with a couple of small(1-2") common goldfish.

I wouldn't. I've never had those fish, but my own experience with neons in general says that they would have a hard time coping with the water quality that's part and parcel of goldfish messiness.

Thanks much. I may just get a second 29 gallon aquarium. Any idea how much one costs at Walmart?

I believe Petco may still have its $1/g sale on but you will need to call and double check. If not, I would try craigslist/yard sales for an inexpensive tank.
