I recently bought a new tank, a jewel rio 180 with stand and loads of accesories for £100 and it came with a rosie tetra and a blue gourami. I currently have a 57 liter tank overstocked with 2 rosie tetras, a golden gourami, 2 tiger barbs, 2 cherry barbs, a common plec, 2 angle fish, 2 swordtails, 3guppies and a blue danio. Should i put my existing external canister on the new tank aswell as the internal that came with my new tank and should i use some of my old tank water in the new tank. The old tank has been up and running fine for a year it was cycled and has had 2 20% water changed per week aswell as a 600lph external and a 400lph internal and do you have tips on what to do when transferring to the new tank and will the new one still be overstocked ?
