Killer worm?

This thing is not a standard bristle worm. If it is then it is at least 7-9 inches long and much skinnier than the others I have found in my tank. It moves very strange as well. I have a video and pictures but it doesn't do much justice to the Length. It has 2 ends. I saw it come out of a rock and go into a new hole.

This is my new 65 gallon that my mom gave me. It's only 2 days new to my home. She has had it for over 6 months.
