Does anyone know if the Apex Jr will make your powerheads make waves?

I think the apexs are compatible with the ecotechs, not sure about the jr. They've got good customer service though from what I hear, shoot them an email, I bet they get back to you pretty quick.

I might have forgotten to mention these guys ?

Starry Blenny and Cardinals aren't eating yet. Been trying to feed Mysis Shrimp.

My friend has a starry and it has never eaten any prepared foods. Only algae

I've read mixed reviews. Is there an Prepared algae I can feed them?

What about the cardinals?

No clue but they should eat eventually

Is it okay for my alk to be super low?

My starry Blenny took some of the Mysis and my cardinals pecked at it. Only worry now is my alk. It's around 3 or 4

Since you don't have corals yet that isn't a huge deal. But you do want it higher. Oh is that in dKh or m/eq? What salt are you using it should be higher

I'll have to double check it tomorrow!

I'm using Seachem Reef salt

Hmm dunno but that seems like a fine salt

My readings were in meq but I used an online calculator to convert it to dkh and got 7

Oh then that isn't bad. I try to keep mine around 8 dKh. When you do your next wc see what your alk is afterwards.
