I`m not a SPS person but I know it would be enough for LPS corals. I have less WPG than you and LPS do good in my tank. Check out my gallery to see my corals.
I would think you would be able to keep some species of montipora or porcilipora with that amount of light. I would stay away from most species of acros.
As Mike said, lps shouldn't be a problem and neither should sps; although, the intensity of coloration will probably diminish in sps. Make sure your Ca/Alk, etc are up to par.
