Lighting help please

I have an 36in t5 high output Odyssea, and I'm not sure how long i should have my lights on... Or when my blues should be on and my whites should be off,and should my moon light be on all night??? Please help have a slight Green algae problem

I have my whites in for 8hrs and blues for 10. Blues come on 1hr before and **** off 1hr after my whites . Moonlights are just for you , I've forgot to turn the off overnight sometimes with no problem
