Hello Mr....

Depending on the size of the lamp, a T8 or T12, you have between 64 and 80 watts of light. This would be considered low lighting.

If you have t-5 ho you would be in the higher end medium light to high light. The way you can tell is look some where on the buld and it should be printed on how many watts, length, t-5 t-12 t-8 etc.
