I try not to play the favorite game but I've owned golden tetras before and must say they are an amazing fish. Like little drops of mercury swimming through the aquarium.

that is absolutely beautiful! do these do well in community tanks with peaceful fish or do they need a species-only tank?

They are so curious about EVERYTHING! I just got 4 tiger barbs yesterday and while the bag was floating in the tank they surrounded it checking it out. They are so good with the tiger barbs so far. They are always moving too. Beautiful and smart. This blond is a winner! HAHA
