Opinions on feeding live food to your cichlids, even other fish?

some people get swordtails, because they are livebearers and have pretty large fry, and feed the fry high protein food for a week or two then feed them to your cichlids. when i bred guppies and mollies my cull would go straight to other fish for food, rather than just tossing them.

Second this, the mbuna you keep won't do well on live foods and will get Malawi bloat and probably die. Stick to good quality pellets it's all you need
