Live sand amounts?

How much sand is needed to "seed" bagged sand?

I would love lots of worms and pods and such so any hints at where to buy would also be appreciated.

Would a 20% live sand mix work?

A single cup off live sand will do the job. The more LS used the shorter the seeding process will be.

most dry sand will become live if good liverock is introduced. Try and find a reefer in the area or a LFS that will give you a cup.

Buy a couple lb of LR from liverocks.com and you will get all the worms, and hitch hikers you wanted.
