loaches fighting

Hi guys ive got 4 polka dot loaches in my community tank. I know once the work out the chain of command the "lowest" in the chain may fade its colours. Ive got one that is very dull and he keeps picking fights with the 3 others. There never seems to be any damage but should i be concerned about this behavour!

As long as there aren't any injuries don't worry. It would probably be helpful to add 1 more to the group, they seem to do better in odd numbers than even for some reason.
