Maintainance issue on a plant tank

Now these are supposed to be the dwarf flame gourami's

Yeah, I have read the same thing... that if you have at least three or four male dwarf gouramis, they will not get into chasing/nipping competition. I had two together in a tank and their chasing and nipping got all the fish (community tank) stressed out. I moved the more aggresive one into a live bearer tank, he gets along great with the platys & guppies etc. Regards the other one in the original tank, all is alot more peaceful again. I wonder if three would have been the majic number, though. The gouramis seem to vary from fish to fish, but are mildly nippy in disposition, though relatively mellow and beautiful for sure.
