Black kuhli loaches

It depends on what size tank it is

I have my 10 kuhli loaches in a 30 gallon tank with the betta, rubberlip pleco and a malabar puffer. Since I have a nice group of them, they are very active, constantly swimming day and night. I could not keep tetras or barbs with them because of the constant swimming and bumping into other fish, it made the tetras and barbs very nervous, hence the reason they were moved from the larger tank.

Before I enlarged my group of Kuhlis, I had 5 and they stayed hidden all the time.

They do not bother the other fish, except for the occasional running into them.
