Medicated fish water

I would say no. Medications most times aren't good for fish either.

When you say plants, I’m assuming you mean house plants and/or plants in the garden. It might depend on how dilute the medications are in the old tank water and how long ago the dosage was. It might be fine, though I would not water any plants that produce anything you would consume (e.g. -tomato garden).
 
Just in case if tank plants:

The dyes / chemical meds I’ve found plants don’t like them over time.

Furan2 has damaged plants.

Kanaplax no issues.

Triple sulpha and the tetracycline types no issues.

Forgotten the name but the one for killing BGA might / not sure?
