molly growth cycle?

We got some molly babies that were 1 month old in late July. They don't seem to be growing very fast--only about 1/2 inch long now. Does anybody know how long it takes from birth to maturity?

We have them in different tanks--a 30 gal with guppies & a 12 gal w/ tetras. The latter is admittedly crowded, but we do freq PWC and everyone is happy & active.

I dont know how long it takes them to get full grown, i have one baby that was born in april, and he is just over 1" long, still less than half the size of my adults (his parents). Don't know if that gives you any ideas or not.

My fish tend to grow kinda fast though, they get fed really well (2x a day, once with staple food, once with frozen or live food)
