No ammonia dosing. The ammonia in the tank is fish waste. I was under the impression dosing with fish would be a bad idea.

Sorry! Got my threads mixed up again. Definitely no dosing ammonia with fish. 
You may want to do a 50% water change though with ammonia at .25, just to keep it low.

Ammo 0 - .25 (Difficult to tell)
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0 - 5 ppm
I am unsure if these readings are correct. The colors seem between any two ranges as mentioned. I'm cautiously optimistic.
