Hey all! I put a new lighting rig on my tank a few days ago, and I couldn't be happier with it.

At night though, it's got these LED moonlights that turn on and you can't turn them off. The tank looks gorgeous at night, but I kind of wonder, could they be keeping my fish from sleeping?

In case if matters, I've got a 55g tank with African Cichlids (almost all male peacocks). I figured since it was such a general question it didn't need to go in the Cichlid Discussion.

Attached is the best picture I could take of my tank with the moonlights on.

I'm sure it's supposed to mimick moon lights which would have no effect on fish resting. Sounds like one less thing to worry about in our world.
