If by tasselata eel you mean Gymnothorax favigineus, your photo doesn't seem to match that species at all. I can't tell what you have from your photo (would need to see the head better in particular), but I really doubt it's G. favigineus.

As one possibility, do an image search on Gymnothorax gracilicauda. There are a number of similar species to this one too.

I would guess Gymnothorax gracilicauda too although it is difficult to tell without a clear pic
