Moving a nem

How can I get this maxi mini nem to move. He is under a rock ledge and gets little light. Looks worse and worse as time goes on.

Is this a new tank inhabitant? You oils try pointing a power head at it, but it is stressful and can push sand around the tank. It doesn't look like it is bleaching?

I'll not touch it unless the top half of it gets a lot worse but I thought there might be a fairly simple way to relocate it without messing with my rock work again. It looked a lot healthier a couple weeks ago.

It can take sometime for an anemone to acclimate to a tank, especially if there is more lighting than what it came out of. One thing I've noticed about anemone is that they like to lean out into the lighting, so attaching under a rock is ok as long as it doesn't start to bleach.
