So you used the bamboo skewers? I've been trying to figure out how to sink fresh or blanched veggies.

I use little plastic swords to hold down small plants. It worked for veggies as well.

Nice tank by the way :)

I just used skewers that you make shish cabobs with, just broke off the end with the point, ty for the compliments its my first tank but it's a pain so I'm going to take up knitting lol, it's a work in proogress, but not all the fish eat the zucchini/cucumbers
 
Knitpicks is a great site for yarn, and local shops generally have a bargain bin if you want to do a multi-colored large project on the cheap. I'm still looking for color matches on Tom Baker's Doctor's scarf, let me know if you find any :p I keed, I keed! Except about the last part. Color matching past dye lots is a pain.
