My Fish Are Fighting?

Just put in a Chromis because my other Chromis looked bored and he keeps chasing the new one around. Also, the new one is just staying towards the top of the tank. Is this new/territorial behavior?

Yeah. Your old chromis is just defending his territory. Next time you have time or water change, rearrange the tank so that they can both claim some area.

Should I maybe after or during a water change introduce the new one first or both at the same time?

So now, the new, smaller Chromis is staying in a corner at the very top (scared me, thought he was dead) an looking very stressed and maybe even injured. Looks like white pecks on him. Maybe from the older bigger Chromis snapping at him?
