My mystery snail hangs out of its shell and closes it when I go near it but it doesn’t crawl around the tank anymore or go for food. This has been for several weeks. It’s only tank mate is a male betta and I’ve cleaned the water several times. I’m wondering if it got injured somehow?

Honestly Mystery Snails are weirdos. How long have you had it? Mine was soooo weird when I first got it for a few weeks, now he's normal. But I was about to lose my mind too. Just chill. I don't think you have to worry. They do stuff like that.
