That's unfortunate to hear about the rams but great news about the apistos. They are on my list for the next fish in the tank. So what is your current stocking list as of right now?

I have a variety. The ones with an asterisk will go to new homes soon(ish).

2 Marbled Angels
3 Appistogramma Cacatouides
3 Cardinal tetras ( remnant of a lost school)
6 Mollys*
1 Swordtail*
7 Longfin blue danios
2 Juvie clown loaches*

Cleanup
4 Siamese algae eaters*
7 otocinclus

The loaches are still really young and small. I have a place for them to go when they get too big, but they're still doing okay. Researched the heck out of them and really like them. I may just take them and trade them for a new set of juvies when they start getting too big.

The live bearers will go back I to a new tank for my son. He just has a 10g now, but looking at upgrading to about 25 to 27 for him.

Hoping the SAGs are temps! They do a great job, but don't really fit my end-game.

I haven't posted in a while, but I really like the way my tank is looking, so thought I'd post pics. Traded clown loaches for assassin snails and and dwarf Synodontis cats. I love them both. I highly recommend the dwarf Synodontis. You will seldom see them, but when you feed, they look like a swarm of miniature sharks. I've also picked up some nerite snails. They are surprisingly beautiful little critters.

Forgive the big white bags in the background. My canister filter is acting up (again) so I have a HOB running. The bags are full of filter media.

Thanks! Mine will come out from time to time, but I now have more tank I can't see than I can see. If I look for them, I will see them moving around all over the tank. I've only got 3, but want to get more. At $15 a pop, though, I'm collecting slowly!

I paid $15 for my first 2 then got 2 more off ebay for $12 together although i know for sure my first 2 are F1 not sure what the ebay ones are ..they look and act the same though.... lol watching them zoom all around the 125g is hilarious but i dont have plants blocking views..lol

I haven't posted any new comments on this tank in a while. I've been working on something completely different in my son's room... Our very 1st saltwater setup.

I'm interested in opinions. There is a portion of my tank that looks, we'll... Blah compared to the rest. The back right corner has these wiry, small leaf stem plants that have just never looked right. I'm thinking of pulling them all out along with the sword plant and a couple of pieces of petrified wood and "rebooting" that corner with an upright piece of driftwood and some different plants. Any ideas for something that you'd think would look good in that corner?
