My plants are wilting!

I have a 20 gallon aquarium with a few plants and they seem to be wilting. Some of the leaves look to be dying and turning colour, does anyone know why?

Number of hours running?
Carbon source?
What plants are wilting?
Any fertilizers / root tabs?
