Nice pics. Your Yellow Lab looks a little bloated. :( I wouldn't keep it in there with the Red Devil for long......it really isn't aggressive enough to take up for itself IMO.

I'm not sure about the bloated part...it might just be the angle of the picture...if he is bloated what do I do?
 
Your JD looks to be Male. Due to the speckling on the body and less speckles on its cheeks. If it had a lot of spots on the cheeks it would be surely female. Also the pointed dorcil fin with the thin layered red on the top of the fin says male.

If your yellow has bloat treat with epsom salt. I'd say one tbsp per 15 gallons. Also feed skinned peas this wil help witht he bloat

I think it is the angle

feed it flakes, small cichlid pellets, blood worms, krill, it picks at the shrimp pellet as well...I like variety lol
