need help - Fish have white dots all over them

so i had new 75 g tank that had cycled and was stocked. then these white dots started appearing on the fish. within a couple of days all the fish died. So I'm not sure what the disease was and what I need to do to treat the tank so I can restock.

a picture would help. What do your water parameters look like? How often do you water change? When was your last change? any new additions before outbreak?
