Need help identifying white spot

I recently purchased a breeding pair of angelfish from my local pet store and noticed that the male angelfish has this white rice shaped spot on his caudil fin that I can't identify. He is eating and behaving normally considering he just got here 2 days ago and they are already displaying prespawn behavior so I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not.
29 gallon tank with parameters of 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 30 nitrates.
Tank mates include his mate, a farlowella and an otocinclus.
