I just looked in to my tank to find some weird sort of who knows what, I have attached as good of a photo as I can get of it
I need to know what it is and if it's harmful!

It looks like it could just be unbeaten food. Does it look like something you feed? Or Does it move?

From what I can see it's definitely uneaten food. Whenever I start overfeeding those start to appear in my tank. Little white/red balls with fuzz on the outside. Maybe cut down on feeding and see if it helps?

I would recommend cutting back on food.
On a personal experience note: In one if my tanks I came to realize my fish frequently would not eat my small sinking ciclid pellets, and they would turn fuzzy in the bottom of the tank. I switched their food and it's been fine since.
