Needlefish with worms

What can I do to fix this? He has white worms on the outside of his body.

I recommend a product by Jungle Labs called Parasite Clear. It does a excellent job of taking care of most internal and external non-protozoan parasites. You might want to start off using it at 1/2 the recommended dosage on something like a needle fish which might be sensitive to medications.

OK, thank you. I am currently using Melafix to treat another problem with some other fish. Do you think I should wait till I finish using the Melafix (Sunday) before I start using something for the needlefish.
