Nerite Snail Transition to Brackish

What is the best way i can transition my nerites from my freshwater tank to my brackish. my Specific Gravity is 1.005 in my brackish tank.
Here is a picture i just took of them. Last week i got the big one out of the filter where he climbed into. I let him stay there for a few days because i figured he was living the life eating off of the filter cartridge but i wanted to actually see him.

you should acclimate them for a day using the drip method IMO

i need to figure out a container to put them in where i can have a tube in and not have them escape
