New 110 gallon setup

Im starting a 110 g tank and have some questions. First is should i cover the tank with a glass canopy or let open. Second what size sump would i need im currently running a canister on my 55 and looking to upgrade with the new tank. Finally what size and type of return pump would be recommended. The biggest Sump you can fit under your tank, is the one I would go with. The more Water you have the better. So go with the biggest sump you can fit.

As for a top, some people use the Pond Nets, this allows for all the benefits of an open top tank, but it will keep your fish from jumping out. I am using a Egg Crate florescent lighting cover for my tank. Allows for an open top benefit, but hinders fish from jumping out.

Thanks for the info. Any idea on pump size as well as a good type or brand to use?
