New filter!

The two filters I had running on my 55g gave out last night. I now have a new aquaclear 70 how long should I let it run with the temporary filter (an aqueon quietflow 30) with old media in it run with my aquaclear?

I'm about to be starting my 30g back up and it's gotta go to it so it can't stay forever, otherwise it would be staying!

I would go with 2 weeks minimum or as long as you can.
