have recently got a 135 gallon up and running. everything is great. my grand kids want to add angles and guarmies (probably did not spell this correctly) would this be an issue?

In that large of a tank you might be able to get away with it but I personally wouldn't try it. Angels and gouramis can become very territorial especially if you end up with mating pairs. I would go one or the other in a group of 4-6.

I'm guessing it would more than likely be ok in that tank size. You never know depending on the particular fish you get but you'll never know until you try sometimes.

Thanks guys. I guess I'll go with the angels.

I once kept a dwarf Gourami and an angel in a 29g with no problems. 135g should have more than enough room for territories.
