Thanks for the ID on the Kenya. It grows like a weed. I may take it out soon


I'm having some trouble with my torch. Ever since i bought it about 3 weeks ago it's slowly been retracting. I've tried several placements with as little flow as possible but it always seems to be waving around a little too violently. My water parameters have been in check - on thing is my PH is maybe a little low around 8.1 - 8.2.
Temp 78
Nitrate 5-10
Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
KH 8-9 drops on the API test

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I have 2 torches, a metalic green and a ghost yellow. They each have their own 'personality'. Diffent flow for each, side by side and neither is happy. You just have to find its happy place.

Fair enough. I'll keep that in mind. I placed it in the middle of the water column last night where the water column is a bit less turbulent. I'm just worried that it's starting to look like it may be dying off.
