Nope, wait till the lights are out and blow food on it (cyclopese, coral frenzy, ect) and they'll come out for feeding. Your coral is going to look the way it does in that picture most od the time when the lights are on...
+1 to the above, you are not likely see it come out when the lights are on. I have mine in a cave so no light hits it directly. It comes out about half an hour after I've fed the tank (it senses the food) so I feed it then.
You can try and train it during the day by putting a cup over it and shooting food onto it. They can live in caves etc that's why most don't see them out during the daylight.
