They don't quite look right for that. Frog eggs look like this and there are usually pretty big clusters picture of frog eggs - Google Search. We have lepord frogs that breed in our ponds and your eggs look more like some type of snail eggs.
Tested the water. For being way over stocked it is pretty good. I did a 50 percent water change to bring the nitrates down. I'll stay on top of it until I convince my mom to bring stocking down.

Do I gravel siphon the fluorite planted substrate?
