Hiya neighbor! 
It's hard to tell from the pics, but the first one looks like a mushroom (good), the second looks possibly like a Majano sp. anemone (pest).
Not 100% sure, but that's my best guess.

Yes the first one looks exactly like a mushroom, I will leave it. Still researching but I'm starting to think the second one is in fact a Majano. When open there is a green center and the tenticals are greenish red with red tips.
