Hard to say. How about a picture with daylights on?

I just put the hammer in a container, i tried to scrape it off and its rock solid almost like cement

It's a tube worm. Possibly a spionid worm. Harmless really, but they do throw out a net of sorts, comprised of mucous. It appears web-like. They use it to catch particulate matter, and while doing so, they have been known to stress some corals by touching them.

So thats why i keep seeing little spider like nets in my tank, thanks for the help!
