I think opaline gourami's are beautiful, but I'm not sure whether they'll be too aggressive for my fish. I currently have neon tetras, mollys, platys, guppies, and a common pleco. It's a 75 gallon tank and no where near "stocked" so size is not an issue right now.

I heard they may fight with brightly colored mollys, and if it can fit a fish in its mouth it may eat it.

Anyone have any experience with them? What do you think I should do?
My alternative would be a pearl gourami or honey gourami, but I really wanted a big vibrant fish.

:thanks:

I have 3 in my 75, with 4 angles, 3 BN plecos and Cory's. Mine leave all the fish alone and play/fight with one another. Try adding the opposite sex. I have read that they are less aggressive when in m/f pairs.
