I have 6 Otos in my 110 and one of them is very very fat, how do I know the weight limit of These guys or is he sick?

If gradual increase in weight over time, then does seem a bit over-weight to me.

Looks healthy IMO and with a group of six in such a large tank it is certainly a possibility...
Mine breed in my 180 but all I ever noticed was smaller otos !

I'm not an Oto expert, but it might be its sexual dimorphism. Often with catfish the females are noticeably larger than the males.
