Overcrowding

I've got a 55 gallon tank, with a 60 gallon filter and:

1 ruby shark
1 synodontis catfish 7"
1 kissing gourami
1 gold dojo
2 ghost glass cats (soon to be 5 in total)
1 angel fish (1")
1 twig farlowella cat
2 clown loach
1 pleco

Is that too much for that size tank?

What do y'all think about 2 African dwarf frogs added into that community?

IMO i would get a better filter or add another filter for your tank, that'll change the number of fish your tank can support.
