i want to setup a 5.5g nano buying as little as possible. i have an extra 100w ebo jager and want to know if it is okay to use such a powerful heater in such a small tank.
thanks!!!

I would put more than a 50w heater in a tank that size. Also be sure you turn the temp control guage down all the way when first set up and ekk up until your at the right temp. With water movement equip and such, setting at 78-80° would overheat the water. I found the 50w keeps the water about 81° set at 68° on the dial.

Never used the brand before but Visitherm makes a 25w.
