Do the tank need 24hr filtered or can leave one night powered off for saltwater tank?
Will the fishes and the corals/invertebrate survive?

i would leave everything on :)

how come your asking ?

In a saltwater aquarium the slightest changes in the ecosystem could harm the corals or any livestock of that matter. Just leave everything running and you will be fine.

You need adequate water movement or the water will become depleted of oxygen and your fish will literally suffocate.

If you have adequate water movement without the filter then yea you can turn it off however im not sure why you would want to. Filters are meant to run 24/7.

Saltwater is depleting in its ability to hold O2 to begin with. Stopping water movement and pumps from running leads to disaster pretty quickly.
