I have planaria on my glass and floating in the water, at least I think it's planaria. I've had them before but I don't know why I have them now. I know they are caused by uneaten food, but my nitrates are only 5ppm and I do water changes with gravel vacuuming every week (40%) I don't vacuum deep because I have Eco complete and don't want to take out all my nutrients for my plants. My baby tetra fry are eating them, though. Will my nerite snails and Otos eat them too? And should I take more measures to try to remove the worms?

So long as your tank is not over whelmed with them, cut back on feeding and the fish will eat them, also vacuum your substrate more if possible..........you don't have to go too deep.......
