Are the snails that come on plants that much of a nuiscene or can they be good.
Are they a threat to the apearance of a planted tank.

The Pond or Bladder Snails aren't an issue for me. You can do a plant dip if you want before you add new plants. As long as you don't overfeed and they don't overpopulate, I think they are fine. I did overfeed and got too many MTS and Pond Snails, so I fed something yummy and when they were all at the front I scooped them out with a net, gently shaking my black sand back into the tank. 2 nights of this and no more issues. A few snails are fine. My plants are great, they only eat dead or dying leaves usually.

Just a betta in my 25 planter so imposabl to overfeed since I give him 1 pellet at a time till he gos off.
Just making sure they aint aquarium cockroaches or anything.

25 gals or 25 liters?
I had pond snail trouble- have them once have them forever lol

One betta and 25 gallons.....Im not going to show my betta this thread or he will be eyeballing me!

They generally eat dead plant matter and excess feed, which makes them good.

Thats totally up to you. Some people dislike snails, others think they look fine. If you overfeed a lot you will get tons of snails, which people often find unattractive.

here he is
