Hi!
I had a few platies die about a month ago, and then a male swordtail developed a big orange tumor on his side and died. After that, all of my fish seemed fine (20+) for a month, though I did have a few fry die off unexpectedly last week. I had treated my fish for internal parasites because they had clear poo, and just last week treated them again with antibiotics because some were acting lethargic/getting really skinny. One red platy completely recovered after that medication, which ended about 4 days ago, but now another which was perfectly fine during all of this has now developed a large blood red spot on either side of her body. She is hiding/not eating. What could be causing this? I'm not sure what else I should be treating for, honestly. Any help would be appreciated! Ammonia/Nitrites have been at 0 the whole time, Nitrates 15-20. I used both medications about a month apart, and just did a water change this morning. Thanks!
